One embedded box that IS the machine: the PLC (wash cycle state machine, interlocks, servo axes), the simulator (physics, LIDAR vehicle scan, water/energy), the SCADA/HMI, the 3D digital twin (procedural glTF, true 1:1 metric dimensions) and the customer kiosk with payment — one C binary, zero external services, everything self-hosted. The same channel table drives simulation today and real I/O tomorrow: the recipe is exposed as G-code (M62/M63 outputs, M3/M5 brush spindles, M68 analog blower power) ready for real servo drives.
